Be impeccable with your word

Words can either be a blessing or a curse, they can either help or hinder ourselves and others.

One of my favourite books of all time is “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz. In this incredible book he talks about four agreements we must all make in order to achieve personal freedom.

One of the principals he speaks of in his book is to “be impeccable with your word.” This is a principal that I take very seriously in my own life.  I practice this principal as a way of bestowing blessings in my life & in the lives of those around me.

Though it's not always easy, ( sometime's far from it ) if we want to achieve the life of our dreams we must be cognizant of what it is we are sending out into the world.  Each thought we think and word we speak has the ability to either drive us forward or hold us back. It is up to us to create a reality which resonates with our greatest desires.

Always remember  that “Words can either be a blessing or a curse, they can either help or hinder ourselves & others.”
